The end of the weekend

I'm not exactly thankful for the end of the weekend. Unfortunately the life I had planned where I'm independently wealthy, with not a care in the world, where afternoon tea & scones is a daily activity, hasn't quite panned out yet. All this to say I'm back to work tomorrow.

I'm thankful for the weekend I had. It was spent with busyness and quiet moments, chilling out and doing chores, sitting on the couch and exercising (not at the same time). There was time with family and friends, time alone and time spent worshipping God. All in all that equals a great weekend to me and for that I am thankful.
