3 days in 1

Okay, I got a little behind on my posts because I was away for the weekend, so I have a few days of thankfulness to catch up on.

First of all I'm thankful for the fun I had with my Mom this weekend! We went away to Syracuse, which started out as just a thought to do some state side shopping for the day in Buffalo. We decided to stay overnight instead & make a shopping trip out of it. We went to one of our favourite malls, the Carousel Center.

We had an awesome hotel room, nice and big which was good because my crazy little 3 year old was ready to run after shopping for the day. He was very excited to go to the hotel & go swimming, except he was disappointed to find out the swimming pool wasn't in our hotel room. The first thing he said when he walked into the room was, "where's the swimming pool?". Heehee. I'm thankful for my silly boy, experiencing life through his eyes is so amazing!

I'm thankful we had great weather this weekend & a safe trip on the roads. I don't want to take either of those things for granted. To add to that I'm also thankful my wee man is a good traveller; for being the squirmiest kid I've ever met he does remarkably well on long car rides.

Well that sums up my weekend, a weekend full of moments that my heart is glad and thankful for!
