The item we picked up was slide, climber with a pool and a swing. Of course my son wanted to put water in the pool and go swimming as soon as he saw it, but it's a wee bit chilly for that just yet. He went as far as to grab a bottle of water & dump it in the pool & was quite upset that he wasn't allowed to go find more. He was however excited by the fact that he could climb, slide and swing to his heart's content, well of course until it was time to come inside.
We went out for dinner and to see my Grama in the hospital tonight; when we returned home it was dark. Liam was ready to hit the slide again and Mommy had to dash his dreams of a late night rendezvous with his new favourite item. When I was attempting to get him to bed tonight he protested and said he wanted to sleep on his slide. I told my dear boy this was not possible because the coyotes would be out, he said "no Mommy they're sleeping too". I explained that coyotes sleep in the day time and come out at night to eat; I hope he won't be scarred for life.
Anyway, it was a fun Saturday! I'm thankful for my deal and that an old toy can be made new again to my kid, the family we bought it from had outgrown it. I hope you enjoy a few snapshots from our day.
