Popcorn

It's another one of those less than serious posts today. It's Friday night and my Mom made us popcorn, note she is the best popcorn maker EVER!

The great thing about popcorn is, if you make your own it can be a fairly healthy snack. I like to make it with just a tiny bit of olive oil and about a teaspoon or two of butter for flavour; if you add it to the pan as you're popping it you don't need any butter on it after. I must admit I also love movie theatre popcorn (I know definitely not healthy).

Today I'm thankful for the perfect snack food & my wonderful Mom who made it for us. Popcorn yummy all around!!
